We are happy to invite you to our Zone 4 Gathering in Kaliningrad, 3-9.8.2019

Our meeting will take place in in the comfortable, spaceful, yet inexpensive

BALTIKA HOTEL, Moskovsky Prospekt 375, located 15 minutes bus drive from the city centre.

The hotel is surrounded by green recreaction areas and a small lake.

ACCOMODATION AND MEALS:

You can book Rooms and meals directly with registration at our zone 4 website.
We advise you to book before May 20^th, as up to this date we can guarantee a large number of rooms.

All suit rooms (see below) have a sofa that can be used for 1 to 2 additional persons.
Additional cost: for the 1st person: 16 Euro (incl. breakfast), 2-nd person: 6 Euro.
Suit room for 4 people will thus cost 68 Euro incl. breakfast (17 per person)

5-7 years on parents bed: 6 Euro per night (incl. breakfast)

	3 rooms family apartment (there is only one) (1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom + double sofa in living room)

CAMPING: you can camp on the hotel´s camping site at the lake shore.

The conditions are rather basic, there is electricity connection for camping vans,

a shower room and toilets in the hotel building are available.

Prices ( -5% discount):
Car +driver: 14 Euro per night, every next passenger: 5 Euro per night

Tent: 5 Euro per night and person.
Motobike/bike + driver (with tent) – 11 Euro per night

IF YOU WILL BE CAMPING, fill the registration form without room, choose meals and add a note

about camping. We will contact you individually about payment.

MEALS:
big continental/Russian buffet breakfast with salads, fruits, ceareals, cheese and sausage is included in room price.

Early bird – till April 21^st -       40 Euro
Regular – after March 31^st:        70 Euro

Non-Subudmembers                  30 Euro
Children and Youth up to 18 years: 0,-

We have made an effort to keep the registration fee and accomodation prices as low as possible. There are no hidden fees. But we will be very grateful if you help us to subsidise delegates and members in need with a donation.

*Full time begins with dinner on August 3rd and ends with breakfast on August 9th.

PAYMENT:

You can pay per bank transfer or (from outside of Eurozone) with TransferWise.
We apologise, but we cannot offer sofort-payment, PayPal or payment by credit card.

Early bird payment: till March 31^st,
Reservation of rooms is valid with your payment.

Please book before May 25^th – it is only till then that we can guarantee a large number

of rooms.Single rooms, family apartments, double rooms (as opposed to twin rooms)

are limited in number.
